We are not a real estate agency! Our goal is to bring the landlord and potential tenant in direct contact with each other so that they both can come to a mutual agreement for the rental of the room in question.
All the ads on Huurkamers.nl are placed by the many various landlords that visit our site.

Landlords place their ads daily on Huurkamers.nl, many of these rooms are available immediately . As soon as you register, you have direct contact with these landlords and you could have a room literaaly within minutes.
Huurkamers.nl is one of the largest and most current website in Holland. We try our best to keep our site as up to dat and current as possible even though the ads are placed by the many landlords regsitered with our site....currently 7000.
Some advertisters leave there ads for longer periods of time on the site because they have multiple rooms available during different time periods. So it is possible for an ad to have an older date listed, however the room is available and up to date.
We regularly do "spot checks" to see if the rooms are still available, should we get no response from the landlord, then the ad is deleted.

While registering, you are linked through to the payment menu from Triple Deal Payment Serivces (our payment provider).
You are offered various methods to make your payment.
Your personalized username and password are character specific! This means you have to enter the codes exactly as you received the, captial and small letters...
The easiest way to prevent errors logging onto the site is using the copy/paste function. (ctrl-C / ctrl-V)
How to copy and paste:
1. Go to your confiramtion e-mail and look for your codes.
2. Double click with your left mouse on the username, you have now selected this code and is shaded.
3. Press the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard simultaneously with the letter "C" [copy]
Go to the area where you have to log onto the site, on the left hand side of the screen, press the "Ctrl" key simutaneously with the letter V [paste]
Repeat these steps with your password!
