Huurkamers.nl works with an automated system which reminds the landlord to keep the ad current. An e-mail is automatically sent 8 weeks after placing the ad which enables him/her to either delete or extend the ad. If the landlord does not respond to this e-mail, the ad will AUTOMATICALLY be deleted.

This insures that our data base remains current and up to date!

Room availability is limited and there are many tenants looking for a room. One is frequently placed on long waiting lists and the other alternatives available are usually tiresome and expensive. That's why placing you room for rent is absolutely FREE!
